“Dive into Paradise – Explore the Magic of Andaman” 3Nights Port Blair + 2Nights Havelock Island + 1Night Neil Island

Day 1: Arrive at Port Blair - Overnight stay at Port Blair
Arrive at Port Blair & meet our representative. Check in to the pre-booked hotel .Visit Cellular Jail. Get ready for your excursion to Corbyn’s cove beach (9km away from port Blair).
In the evening, attend the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail. Later, get transferred to the hotel. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 2: Port Blair – Boat transfer to North Island & Ross Island – Overnight stay at Port Blair (Wednesday Closed)
Get ready for an exciting excursion to Ross Island. Also visit North Island (Coral Island).
Later, return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 3: Ferry transfer to Havelock Island- Car transfer to Radha Nagar beach – Overnight stay at Havelock Island
Get transfers by the Ferry from Port Blair to Havelock Island (57 kms by sea from Port Blair).
On arrival at Havelock Island, meet our representative and get transferred to the hotel.Visit to Radhanagar Beach.
Later, return back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 4: From Havelock Island – Transfer to Kalapathar Beach - Overnight stay at Havelock Island
After breakfast, visit to Kalapathar Beach.Later in the afternoon, return back to the resort.
You can hire a 2-wheeler at an extra cost to take a ride of this beautiful Island. Overnight stay at Havelock Island.

Day 5: From Havelock Island – Ferry transfer to Neil Island – Visit Laxmanpur Beach (Overnight stay)
After check out from the hotel, Ferry transfers to Neil Island (approx. 17 kms by sea). On arrival meet our representative. Check into the pre-book hotel.
Visit Laxmanpur beach, Bharatpur Beach where you can enjoy water sports / glass bottom boat ride on spot payment basis: .
Overnight stay at Neil Island.

Day 6: From Neil Island –- Ferry transfer to Port Blair (Overnight stay)
After check out from the hotel, Ferry transfers to Port Blair.
Check into the pre-book hotel. Rest and relax at the hotel. Overnight stay at Port Blair.

Day 7: Departure from Port Blair to the Airport
Check out and get transferred to the airport for your return flight.

• Any Extra excursions apart from the suggested itinerary.
• Water sports activities.
• Any kind of personal expenses.
• Room services, laundry, telephone charges.
• Expenses incurred due to bad weather, natural calamity / flight or ferry cancellation, strike or
any political unrest has to be paid by the guest as per actual.

Terms & Conditions

• • Hotel check out time (mostly) at all the places is between 0700 hrs.to 0900 hrs. (Late checkout is subject to availability or at extra cost).

  • During the trip, please hold the Identity Card at the Airport, Ferry Jetty, Hotels etc. which will help the people to identify you all the time.
• 
  • Due to limit connectivity, only BSNL and Airtel sim cards will function properly in the islands.
• 
  • Islands are plastic free zone and strictly follow 'do not litter'.
• 
  • Majorly spoken languages are Hindi, English, Bangla & Tamil.
• 
  • It is advisable to follow the instruction by tour manager on time to time.
• 
  • The vehicles are not used on disposal basis. The cab will drop you to the sightseeing points & take you back at given timing time to time & guest will have to follow that.
• 
  • Ferry sailing is subject to weather conditions. Alternate arrangements will be made in case sailing does not take place due to bad weather or load restriction. Hotels do not provide any refund if your rooms are cancelled due to non-sailing caused by bad weather or any technical issues or any governmental issues. We can arrange your alternative accommodation if you are ready to pay for the same.

  • We will not be responsible for refunding any amount due to non-sailing of Ferry.
• 
  • No refund shall be given for unutilized services.
• 
  • In case of any unprecedented hike in hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra. If the ferry is missed due to late coming at harbor, then another ferry will be arranged on next schedule timing on the same day if available on full ticket fare if party agrees to pay & if the seats are available. Otherwise, there is no option to reach Havelock & Neil Island & we are not responsible in any way for refund of unused services or alternative arrangement on the same price for your hotels booked over there.

  • Due to natural calamity or any govt. issues, if some points remain close then we will not be responsible for any refund as everything is arranged before the trip start & part of the package is not breakable for refund particular part cost. Instead, we will arrange alternative trip if possible, for the same price booked; otherwise, extra charges will be collected directly to arrange that trip.
• 
  • Carrying any under-water jewels (corals / sea shell etc.) is a punishable offence. Also, it is mandatory to take original bills of shopping as security person may ask for it during check-in at the Veer Savarkar airport.
• 
  • City tour points, Red skin / Jolly buoy & Baratang Island are closed on Mondays.
•  
• • North Island & Ross Island is closed on Wednesday.
• 
  • It is mandatory to follow all instructions given by our driver while you drive through Baratang Island. Guests are requested to carry mosquito repellents, first aid kit with them. As due to lack of resources it might not be possible to arrange for a first-aid immediately. Management is not responsible for any bad quality of photographs or videos during under water activity. Hotels / resorts at the islands may not match the expectation of similar star category of hotels / resorts at other conventional holiday destinations in India.
  
  

Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3. Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.

In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5. Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6. No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.

Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount 
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
