Dazzling Dabolim: 3N-4D Goa Getaway with Private Transfers & River Cruise

Day 1: Arrival in Goa + Mandovi River Dinner Cruise

Arrive at Goa Airport (Dabolim) or railway station. Warm welcome and private AC car transfer (Dzire or similar) to your hotel. Standard check-in at 2:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability).Take some time to relax or dip into the pool for a refreshing start! By evening, hop on a coach from your hotel area for a stunning Dinner Cruise on the Mandovi River. Enjoy live DJ music, a vibrant ambiance, and a delectable buffet dinner. Witness the twinkling lights of Panjim city and riverside views. After the cruise, return transfer to your hotel by coach. Overnight stay in Goa.

Day 2: South Goa Sightseeing PVT (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
After breakfast, you will drive for South Goa tour: Visit the Basilica of Bom Jesus and other Old Goa churches. Relax at Miramar Beach. Seek blessings at the Mangeshi Temple. Capture scenic views at the St. Augustine Tower. Evening Mandovi River Cruise .Return to hotel in the evening. Overnight stay in Goa.

Day 3: North Goa Sightseeing PVT (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Enjoy breakfast, then Drive for a fun-filled North Goa tour: Explore Fort Aguada and Sinquerim Fort. Relax and soak in the vibes at Vagator Beach, Anjuna Beach, and Baga Beach. Visit Snow Park Goa (entry ticket on your own) for a chill experience. Return to hotel after a vibrant day. Overnight stay in Goa.

Day 4: Departure from Goa
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Private AC transfer to Goa Airport or station. Depart with beautiful memories of a sun-soaked Goan holiday!

3. schedule, cancellation of flights/trains; political disturbances; natural phenomena, etc.
4. No bill will be reimbursed against any missed service/facility
5. Anything that is not mentioned in the section “inclusions”

Terms & Conditions

1 .Meals Timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.

2 .The above package can be customized as per the customer’s Requirement and budget.
In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.

3 .Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. The hotel and services as mentioned in the itinerary are subject to confirmation

4 .We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of flight, cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.

5 .In Uttaranchal and Kashmir, and any hill station The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched to developed destinations.
Hotels in Himachal are categorized on the basis of location, Services and costing and not as per Star Categorization i.e.;1*, 2*, 3*,4*,5* and so on.

6 .Changes is not possible at last moment or at the time of check in its depend on availability with additional charges.

7 .If any amount committed on arrival, menace all the payment you have to pay at the time of pick up if not paid then service will stop.

8 .There could be Change in the Time In case of Delay or cancellation of Train

9 .These rates are not Applicable From 25th December to 1st January ,or Any Long weekend.

10. If any changes in Weather Condition or Any other Circumstances your stay or Sightseen depends on according to that.

Refund Policy

1 .Non-Refundable Deposit:
A 30% non-refundable amount is applicable at the time of booking.
Once the booking is made, cancellations will incur a 30% charge of the total billing amount.

2 .Cancellation Charges:
30-15 days before check-in: 50% of the total estimated bill.
15-7 days before check-in: 75% of the total estimated bill.
7 days or less before check-in: 100% of the total estimated bill.

3 .Rescheduling Policy:
To prepone or postpone your travel dates, please inform us at least 10 days in advance via email.
No additional charges are applied by us for rescheduling; however, hotel-specific charges may apply.
Rescheduling is subject to hotel/transport availability and may incur additional costs based on seasonal rates.

4 .If in case Plan Changes:
Changes in travel plans within 10 days of the travel date are not accepted.
In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions or strikes, we will inform you about any rescheduling options. you wish to prepone /postpone your travel dates, we request you to inform us 10 days in advance via mail .

5 .Advance Payment Utilization:
Advance payments can be utilized within 1 year from the date of payment.

6 .No Cancellation Charges (45 Days Prior):
Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to arrival will not incur cancellation charges, except for a 15% processing fee.
Cancellations received 25 days prior to arrival date - 10% of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 20 days from arrival date - 25%of the total package amount .
Cancellations received less than 12 days from arrival date - 100% of the total package amount.

7 .Any booking done for peak period / long weekend, shall attract 100% cancellation amount.
